I know the feeling. You wake up, and it's still dark outside. The clock says 4 AM, but you're not sure if that's correct. Maybe it's 4:30? Maybe it's 5?
But you know what? It doesn't matter! You've got this!
The start of your day may be early, but that doesn't mean it can't be amazing. Here are some tips for making the most of your morning routine:
1. Drink a full glass of water before even thinking about getting out of bed. Hydration is key to staying healthy and energized throughout the day.
2. Stretch out those muscles! If you don't have time to hit the gym in the morning (or even if you do), there are plenty of exercises that can be done in your bedroom that will help loosen up those tense muscles and get blood flowing through them so they can start functioning at full capacity again (and yes, this includes yoga).
3. Make sure there are no distractions around when you first wake up—no phone or TV on in the background—and put on some good music to get yourself in a positive mood before starting your day off right!
