Waking up at 4 AM is hard. (In fact, I'd say it's harder than waking up at 5 AM.) But if you're going to do it, you might as well make the most of your time! Here are some ideas for how to make a big impact with your early morning hours:
1. Wake up and meditate. If this is new for you, start small by meditating for 5 minutes before you get out of bed. You'll be amazed at what a difference this makes in your day!
2. Read an inspiring book before you get out of bed. Make sure it's a book that will motivate and inspire you—not just entertain or distract.
3. And don't forget the coffee! This is personally my biggest motivator. I simply can't function without it.
4. Write your "to do" list for the day.
5. Write down any thoughts or ideas that came to you during your meditation session and make a note of them so you don't forget them later in the morning rush!
6. Get started on something important. Whether you're a writer, athlete, business owner or just someone who wants to make the world a better place—get up early and get productive!
