If you're not a morning person, this one's for you.
If you're anything like me, waking up early can feel like an impossible task—especially when you have to start the day at 4 AM. But I promise it's worth it! The more sleep I get, the better I feel, and the more productive I am throughout the day.
So why do I choose to wake up so early? Here are four reasons:
1. The world is quiet and peaceful. In the morning, there are no distractions from my phone or computer. It's just me and my thoughts—and that's what makes it so easy to focus on what really matters in life.
2. You'll get more done before anyone else gets up (or wakes up if you're lucky), which means less competition for resources and opportunities as well as more time to spend with yourself or loved ones without feeling rushed or stressed out about getting things done on time (which also helps keep stress levels down).
3. The earlier we get started each day, the less likely we are to procrastinate later on because we've already gotten all those pesky little tasks out of our way first thing in the morning before anything else gets in the way of what we really want to do.
4. If you're an entrepreneur, early risers have a huge advantage over their late-rising counterparts because they can get more done in the same amount of time (or less) while still enjoying the benefits of sleep and rest that everyone else gets by sleeping in later on weekends or days off.
Lo-Fi or jazz is such great background music as I blog! I recommend listening to it.
